This Shootsac looks pretty cool - an open neoprene "sack" that slings over your shoulder and accommodates all your lenses and accessories. It would be great for wedding photographers, methinks, especially if you'll be changing lenses a lot as the open configuration allows easy access. At $129 though, it's pretty pricey...

It is a great bag - but I prefer the boda bag which I have linked to before. It is more like $200 so it is even pricier.

It looks interesting for specific uses where you need to change lenses regularly. I would be worried about stuff falling out hiking or being stolen on the street.

Both bags were designed by wedding photographers for specifically shooting weddings. Might also be good at the theatre if you were shooting a live play.
I couldn't imagine shooting a wedding without my Boda now.
A cross between a messenger bag and a photo vest?
It looks like there's no velcro involved, which would help theatre and weddings where its distinctive sound would be a problem. I love my Crumpler, but it's not very stealthy.
The Boda just hangs on your hip. I have it around my waist for more than 6 hours with a 70-200 2.8, 16-35 2.8, 50 1.4 and various other 'weapons' without even noticing it.
