Not sure what one would ever need a 5200mm lens for, but Canon have made one. It doesn't do zooming action, it's a flat 5200mm, which can shoot stuff 18 to 32 miles away! It probably needs to be mounted on a building or something...

....but it's an FD mount... too bad.
