I was wondering if anyone (hopefully more than just one) using Photoshop Elements would like to list/talk about free plug-ins. Any experience using/loading/downloading etc...mite prove helpful to the group.

I have used a couple. Just upload and they go in on their own, at least mine do.
Some will not work on my version which is PSE version 1. Kind of dated now, I just have to work harder.
