This is a photo of a Sailing club down Gosford (half way between Newcastle and Sydney). I like the way the lights reflected on the water, These were also my first shots (I have a lot more on my computer, this was one of the best) I took with the 'M' setting on my camera, full manual. and I was very pleased.
Shutter speed @ 2" (2 seconds?) with apature of f/4.5 =)
Hey nice shot dewy... I love night shots.

Yes, a really nice picture... I can't wait for the tripod I ordered. I'll have to try this too!

Hmm I don't see how a tripod fits in here, I didn't even have a tripod with me let alone use one
You people guess too much =P

Yes guerito... tripod unlocks a world of amazing photography at night. However when I don't have my tripod with me I just put the camera on a flat surface and take the shots that way...

My eyes are gray, my hair is shaky, my hands are blind ... At my age it's not so easy to hold the camera steady!
Of course I try to substitute the tripod when there's the need, but really, I want to have one in the car always.
