Looks great! I think the exposure is really nice - although for more "mood" you might want to try for a darker sky?
Also, in terms of subject interest - my attention starts to taper off towards the right - there's not much of interest there... I would probably crop a bit off the right (maybe around 1/4 or 1/5 of the way) to build a stronger image.
But I love night shots, this one is no exception.
