While I am busy with little things, I am not required to do greater things.

It's been two and a half years since we took time to look at the smaller things in life. Assignment #19 had some really great photographs in it, so I'd like to see what we're capable of this time around.

For the purpose of this assignment, I'm not looking for an ultra-strict interpretation of 'macro', so even if you can't get a 1:1 magnification, get as close as you can and show us what you see. Look for the little things that might otherwise escape notice, and find the stories in the very small.

There's a whole world that we're just too tall to see.
I don't usually do furry-bug shots, but I was thinking of this assignment and an upcoming Nature competition at my camera club when I spotted some bees doing their thing.

Lucky you! that you have them still around. I haven't seen any already for few weeks... Sad
When I saw this assignment I had the idea of working something really different from my usual subjects, and I took this series yesterday.

I know I should have been consistent with the format and possible crop this last one square as well, but I like the line the white makes in the composition.
I have been working on a series lately, and today I took my macro to the lake. It was amazing I found some bees and moscas flies. So I have to take my comment back. We still have some bees and bugs around! Rolleyes

In this mosaic, the one in the top right looks a bit blur, well, actually it is, it was so difficult to get her in focus in this possition, I think it might be because it has furry back... :/
