Picture of Mr X

Too abstract for me, while I like creative processing, I still like photo's to appear like, well, photos!
Well, I kind of like it. I think there was a werewolf movie called "The Howling" where a lot of it was done in sort of an infrared look through the wolf's eyes. This reminds me of that.

That is a dog in the picture, yes?
The first time I saw this image, I felt a bit intimidated by the straight look... maybe because I just got up and was in my first cup of coffee...

Now that I come again... (third cup of coffee, btw...) I see the look friendlier...and I just saw that there is a hint of smile here... It might be one of those images that you need to let them grow on you...

I like the colors. I see a constant desaturation in the color palette that I like and the contrast work for me.

Would you mind to tell what program do you use for your post processed images?

Thanks for sharing your work, Cremetti ... Smile
Thank you for responding.

"Toad." No, there is no dog in the picture. Perhaps you are joking?

Irma: Thank you. It's done with photoshop and artrage.
Try this with a brush and people will give you high marks. As a photo it does nothing for me.
Harsh words, Mr Schaeffer. However, if you refer to my reply to Irma, you may understand that it is 50% painting and 50% photo.
Not the hand of a true, natural artist perhaps, but not the work of a machine either.

Ah no - not joking. Just mistaken. The edges of the face area look like fir to me - but it is just a side effect of your post-processing.

My apologies if I have given offence. None meant.
Oh, I see. No no fir. Thank you for looking though!

...And no. I'm not at all offended, thank you! :-)
Didn't mean to be so harsh. Sorry.
That's ok Mr S. Smile
